I recently had Tri-Tech Air install a ducted conditioning system for me. The service was great – they were on time, friendly and worked neatly. The quality of the work was great and they made sure they asked any questions and kept me informed as they progressed. They cleaned-up after they were finished – very professional. In this day and age Customer Service is almost non-existent. Tri Tech, however, is bucking the trend. From the young lady in the office to the Rep and even the installers, everybody knows their business, is very efficient and extremely helpful. For anybody wanting Air Conditioning, Tri Tech is the company to call.
We had Tri Tech replace our existing loud/10 yr old Daikin AC Ducted with a new Mitsubishi system and the service was incredible from the initial project manager coming out and discussing options to the team installing the new AC over a few days. Our house was not an easy installation but the team didn’t stop until the new system was working well – a great experience and highly recommended for their “getting the job done right” attitude.

From the initial contact and quote which was quick as it is a long drive out to our place on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
The ducted ac unit selected was a larger 17 kw Mitsubishi Electric system, with the addition of a 12m long spiral duct in the large lounge, living, dining area for better cooling/heating distribution and the optional upgraded MyAir control system which allows for precise individual room control.
The team of guys worked hard and efficiently to overcome the challenges and install this huge system in an older house and cleaned up after themselves. The unit runs perfectly and is surprisingly very quiet. I would recommend Tri-Tech Air Conditioning to anyone who wants a trouble free air conditioning system.
