Issue

The School was looking for a solution for an entire block of classrooms to be air conditioned. The building was heritage listed and there was limited space for outdoor units.

Solution

A heritage architect was engaged to ensure the work was done in accordance with the heritage regulations. All of the pipework was ran internally in the classrooms and then in surface duct underneath the building. To limit the space required for outdoor units a City Multi system was used which allows several heads to be ran from one indoor unit. For the 11 Wall mounted head units required we had only 3 outdoor units. The outdoor units were concealed in cages at ground level.

This project was completed in 8 days including the installation of a standalone system in the tuckshop.
